Collaborative Seminar 2026 with the theme “From Lab to Market: Monetizing Science in the Modern Agritech Era” features Ir. Mhd Adanan Purba, S.Pt., M.Sc., Ph.D., IPM to discuss the transformation of research outcomes into innovations, business opportunities, and sustainable solutions in the field of agritech.
The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FP USU), together with Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), Universitas Udayana (UDAYANA), Universitas Nusa Cendana (UNDANA), and Universitas Hasanuddin (UNHAS), will hold the Collaborative Seminar 2026 with the theme “From Lab to Market: Monetizing Science in the Modern Agritech Era.”
The seminar will feature Ir. Mhd Adanan Purba, S.Pt., M.Sc., Ph.D., IPM, a lecturer and researcher from Universitas Sumatera Utara, as the speaker. The activity will discuss how research findings and scientific discoveries can be developed into applicable innovations, entrepreneurial opportunities, and solutions that provide economic and sustainable impacts in the era of modern agritech.
Through the theme “From Lab to Market,” participants are invited to understand the importance of bridging the worlds of research, innovation, and industry, so that knowledge and research outcomes do not stop in the laboratory but can be developed into real solutions with added value and business opportunities.
