The Department of Agrotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, is hosting a General Lecture titled "Combating the Misuse of Pesticides: The Need for Precision Agriculture and Emerging Technologies" on July 4, 2024. This event features an expert from Chuka University and explores precision agriculture innovations to mitigate the adverse effects of pesticides.

The Department of Agrotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, invites academics, students, and agricultural practitioners to attend the General Lecture with the theme "Combating the Misuse of Pesticides: The Need for Precision Agriculture and Emerging Technologies."

 

This event aims to provide insights into the implementation of precision agriculture and the latest technologies to mitigate the negative impacts of excessive pesticide use. With an expert speaker from Chuka University, Kenya, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of innovative solutions for sustainable agricultural production.
