The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), will hold an International Lecture titled “Precision Nutrition and Feed Innovation: Shaping The Future of Tropical Livestock Systems” on Friday, October 24, 2025, via Zoom Meeting. The event features Dr. Nor Dini Binti Rusli from University Kelantan Malaysia as the speaker, aiming to broaden academic insights on feed innovation and precision nutrition in developing sustainable tropical livestock systems.
In an effort to strengthen global insight and foster innovation in tropical livestock development, the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), is once again organizing an International Lecture titled “Precision Nutrition and Feed Innovation: Shaping The Future of Tropical Livestock Systems.”
This event serves as a platform for knowledge exchange between academics and international practitioners to discuss the latest advancements in precision nutrition and feed innovation.
The Faculty of Agriculture, through the Department of Animal Sciences (Undergraduate & Master’s Programs) and the Department of Food Sciences (Master’s Program), presents international speaker Dr. Nor Dini Binti Rusli (Lecturer, Faculty of Agro-Based Industry, University Kelantan Malaysia) and moderator Vivi Indriani, S.Pt., M.Si., Lecturer of the Animal Science Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture USU.
The lecture aims to expand the knowledge of students and lecturers in precision nutrition and feed innovation, particularly in the development of sustainable tropical livestock systems. Through this event, participants are expected to gain a global perspective on innovative strategies to improve livestock production efficiency in tropical regions.
