The Undergraduate Program in Food Technology, Faculty of Agriculture USU, will organize an International Public Lecture themed “Smart and Sustainable Agri-Food Systems: From Local Wisdom to Global Solutions” with Prof. Michelle Ji Yeon Yoo from Auckland University of Technology in a hybrid format on October 1, 2026.
The Undergraduate Program in Food Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), will organize an International Public Lecture with the theme “Smart and Sustainable Agri-Food Systems: From Local Wisdom to Global Solutions.”
The activity will feature Prof. Michelle Ji Yeon Yoo from Auckland University of Technology as the speaker. This public lecture provides participants with an opportunity to gain insights into the development of smart and sustainable agri-food systems and the utilization of local wisdom in developing relevant solutions to global food challenges.
The activity will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend in person or online via Zoom.
