The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, invites students to attend a public lecture titled “Next Wave Leader: Mastering Aquaculture & Industry Skill.” This event will feature practitioners from Regal Springs Indonesia, namely Rudolf Hoeffelman (President Director) and Friska S. Saragih (Lake Manager), as well as Adrian Hilman, S.T.P., M.Sc., Ph.D. (Lecturer of the Undergraduate Food Technology Study Program, FP USU).

The discussion will be moderated by Nursa’adah, S.ST., M.Agr. (Lecturer of the Agrotechnology Study Program, FP USU).

Through this event, participants will gain insights into the skills required in the aquaculture industry, along with leadership perspectives to tackle challenges in the sector.
