The National Seminar on Community Service Results XI 2024 has the theme 'Downstreaming Innovative Research for Economic Empowerment and Environmental Sustainability'. Organized by the USU Faculty of Agriculture, this seminar will discuss the application of innovative technology in community empowerment. The event takes place on November 6, 2024 in a hybrid manner.

The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) proudly presents the XI National Seminar on Community Service Results in 2024 with the theme "Downstreaming Innovative Research for Community Economic Empowerment and Environmental Sustainability through Community Service." This event will take place hybridly on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, from 08.00 to 16.00 WIB, at the DH Penny Building Hall, USU Faculty of Agriculture and also via Zoom Live.
 

The seminar presents expert speakers such as Prof. Abdul Rauf from the Universitas Sumatera Utara and Prof. I Ketut Widnyana from Universitas Mahasaraswati. The event was also filled with remarks from Prof. Tulus, Chairman of LPPM USU, Prof. Tavi Supriana, Dean of the USU Faculty of Agriculture, and Prof. Elisa Julianti as Chairperson of the Committee.
 

Topics to be discussed include the application of innovation-based technology in the context of community empowerment, improving economic welfare, as well as counseling and training to the community from various fields of science.
