The “Simple Ruminant Feed Formulation Training for Farmers and Students” will be organized by the Undergraduate Program in Animal Science and the Master's Program in Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture USU, on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 09.00 to 15.00 WIB at the DH. Penny Building, Faculty of Agriculture USU. This activity aims to enhance participants' knowledge and skills in formulating simple feed for ruminant livestock.

The Undergraduate Program in Animal Science and the Master's Program in Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FP USU), are organizing a training session entitled “Simple Ruminant Feed Formulation Training for Farmers and Students.” This activity serves as a learning platform to broaden participants' insights and knowledge regarding the formulation of simple feed for ruminant livestock.

This training features three speakers:

Dr. Ir. Ma’ruf Tafsin, M.Si., IPM., Head of the Master's Program in Animal Science, FP USU.

Muhammad Amran, S.Pt., M.Pt., Lecturer of the Undergraduate Program in Animal Science, FP USU.

Jonatan Kristian Simatupang, S.Pt., Supervisor at PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk.
