Simposium Ilmiah Masjid (SIM) VIII x Adiwidya 2026 opens the Ideas & Innovation Competition with the theme “TECH IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP: From Research to Real Impact” for students and the general public. Participants can develop technology-based innovative ideas in various fields to produce solutions with real impact.

Simposium Ilmiah Masjid (SIM) VIII x Adiwidya 2026 opens the Ideas & Innovation Competition with the theme “TECH IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP: From Research to Real Impact”.

The competition is open to D3/D4/S1/S2/S3 students and the general public, either individually or in groups. Participants can develop ideas and innovations under one of the following subthemes:

  1. AI & Smart Solutions
  2. Energy & Green Economy
  3. Islamic Social Entrepreneurship
  4. Health & Food Security
  5. Educational Technology
  6. Sustainable Smart Cities
  7. Islamic Ethical Technology
  8. Collaborative Business Innovation

Venue: Masjid Salman ITB Multipurpose Building, ITB Ganesha Campus, Bandung, West Java

Timeline

September 2–25, 2026: Registration and abstract submission
September 28, 2026: Stage 1 Announcement
October 9, 2026: Scientific article and Business Model Canvas (BMC) submission
October 23, 2026: Stage 2 Announcement
November 8, 2026: Symposium and presentation of works

Special Provisions for Participants Registering on Behalf of a Mosque

Participants registering on behalf of a campus mosque that is a member of AMKI or a public mosque, including students, lecturers, and members of the general public, may submit a full paper or BMC directly without going through the abstract submission stage.

The files must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026, through publikasi.salmanitb.com/simposium and also sent to sekretariat@amki.ac.id.
