Agronomy Management Trainee Program – Batch 2

The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, announces to alumni and final-year students that PT. Grand Utama Mandiri is offering an opportunity to join the Agronomy Management Trainee Program (Batch 2). This program is designed for graduates in the field of agriculture seeking to build a career in an international-scale agribusiness company.

 

General Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen (male or female)

  • Minimum education D4/S1 in Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Agribusiness, Soil Science, or Agricultural Engineering

  • Fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 2.80 (scale of 4.00)

  • Unmarried

  • Physically and mentally healthy, with no record of drug abuse or criminal activity

  • Willing to undergo a 6-month MT program and commit to a 2.5-year service period in Sekadau, West Kalimantan (starting late August 2025)

Required Documents:

  • Photocopy of National ID (KTP)

  • 3x4 cm passport photo

  • Diploma or Graduation Letter

  • Academic transcript

  • Certificate of organizational experience and/or relevant skill certificates

  • Statement of willingness to commit to the service period (signed on stamp duty – to be brought during the interview)

Selection Stages:

  • Online Registration

  • Document Screening

  • Online Psychological Test

  • HR & User Interview (scheduled on July 23, 2025 at Universitas Sumatera Utara)
