FAP Agri is inviting university graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Program 2026, a development program designed for individuals who aspire to build their careers in the plantation sector. Participants will undergo a six-month training program aimed at strengthening their technical and professional competencies before assuming key operational roles within the company.

Available Positions

Field Assistant Trainee

Applicants from the following academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply:

• Agrotechnology
• Soil Science
• Forestry
• Palm Oil Processing Engineering
• Plant Pest and Disease Management
• Plantation Management

Traction Assistant Trainee

Applicants from the following engineering disciplines are eligible:

• Automotive Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Hold a minimum D4 or Bachelor’s (S1) degree and have completed their studies (graduated).
• Have proportional height and weight.
• Be willing to participate in a six-month training program.
• Be willing to be assigned to plantation sites in North Kalimantan and East Kalimantan.

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of several stages:

1. Psychometric and Logical Ability Tests
2. HR Interview
3. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and User Interview
4. Medical Examination
5. Document Verification and Administrative Processing
