Description
The CPBSA 7 (Charoen Pokphand Best Student Appreciation) program is now open for students seeking hands-on industry experience with Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Group. The program offers selected participants the opportunity to undergo a comprehensive process, including selection, training, internship, and international industrial visits.
Registration for CPBSA Batch 7 is officially open from February 1 to April 30, 2026. Interested students can apply online through the official website: cpcareer.cp.co.id.
Following the registration phase, participants will undergo a selection process until May 31, 2026, which includes psychological testing, interviews, and Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD). Successful candidates will be announced on June 2, 2026.
Selected participants will then take part in a series of development programs, including:
- June 24, 2026 – Participant briefing (via Zoom)
- June 25, 2026 – Project briefing (via Zoom)
- June 30, 2026 – Workshop and training session in Jakarta
- July 1 – August 13, 2026 – Internship program at Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Group business units
- August 14, 2026 – Meet & Greet CPBSA Batch 7 in Jakarta
- August 15 – 22, 2026 – Poultry Excursion to China
This program provides a valuable opportunity for students to broaden their industrial insight, enhance professional competencies, and build networks with practitioners in the agribusiness and food sectors.
