Erlangga Publishing Scholarship 2026 Offered To Universitas Sumatera Utara Students | Faculty of Agriculture Universitas Sumatera Utara

The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FP USU), invites eligible students to apply for the 2026 Erlangga Publishing Scholarship for the Odd and Even Semesters of the 2026/2027 Academic Year. In addition to providing financial support for education, the scholarship offers recipients the opportunity to participate in a paid internship at Erlangga Publishing.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be an active student of Universitas Sumatera Utara.
Bachelor's (S1/Applied Bachelor's/D4): Currently in Semester 3 to Semester 7.
Diploma (D3): Currently in Semester 3 to Semester 5.
Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
Have a combined parental monthly income of no more than IDR 5,000,000.
Not be employed or bound by a service agreement with another institution, organization, or foundation.
Not currently receiving a scholarship from another institution or organization.
Be willing to participate in a three-month internship at Erlangga Publishing.

Required Documents

Applicants must prepare and submit the following documents:

Scholarship Application Document Checklist (template provided).
Erlangga Publishing Scholarship Application Form (template provided).
Statement of Willingness to Participate in a Three-Month Internship (template provided).
Recommendation Letter from the Faculty Leadership.
Academic transcript from the first semester to the latest semester.
Certified copy of the latest Study Result Card (KHS).
Student Identity Card (KTM) and National Identity Card (KTP).
Family Card (KK).
Parents' salary slip or income statement and/or Certificate of Financial Hardship (SKTM).
DTKS/DTSEN verification showing Decile 1–4 from https://cekbansos.kemensos.go.id (if available; considered an added advantage).
Certificates of achievement (if any; considered an added advantage).
Family photographs and photographs of the home (front of the house, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room).
Personal bank account statement covering the previous month.
Electricity bill.
Statement confirming the applicant is not receiving another scholarship (template provided).
One recent 4 × 6 cm passport photograph (background color optional).

All documents must be arranged in the required order, scanned, combined into a single PDF file, and uploaded through the online application form.

Internship Program

Scholarship recipients are required to complete a three-month paid internship at Erlangga Publishing. The internship must be undertaken while the recipient is still an active student, beginning no earlier than the fifth semester, or no later than one month after obtaining a Certificate of Graduation (SKL).

Interns will receive compensation based on the Regional Minimum Wage (UMK) applicable to their placement location.

Scholarship Benefits

Recipients will receive:

IDR 7,500,000 per semester, or
IDR 15,000,000 per academic year.

The scholarship will be discontinued if the recipient fails to maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 throughout the scholarship period.
