BEM FISIP Universitas Airlangga opens the FISIP Scientific Paper Competition 2026, a scientific paper competition at the national student level with the theme “The Strategic Role of the Young Generation in Realizing an Inclusive and Sustainable Golden Indonesia 2045.”

The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Airlangga (BEM FISIP UNAIR), has opened registration for the FISIP Scientific Paper Competition 2026, a Scientific Paper Competition (LKTI) at the national student level that is open to students in Diploma Program (D3), Applied Bachelor's Degree Program (D4), and Undergraduate Program (S1) levels.

The competition carries the theme:

“The Strategic Role of the Young Generation in Realizing an Inclusive and Sustainable Golden Indonesia 2045”

Subthemes

Participants may choose one of the following four subthemes:

Political Participation of Generation Z in General and Regional Elections

The Role of Students and Civil Society in Monitoring Public Policies

Character Education and Integrity as Mitigation of Corruption among Future Generations

Blue/Green Economy as a Sustainable Development Strategy toward 2045

Registration Schedule and Fees

Batch 1 (Early Bird): September 22–October 3, 2026, registration fee of Rp50,000/team

Batch 2 (Regular): October 4–12, 2026, registration fee of Rp75,000/team

Competition Stages

September 22–October 3, 2026: Registration and abstract submission Batch 1

October 4–12, 2026: Registration and abstract submission Batch 2

October 16, 2026: Announcement of Stage 1 (Abstract Selection)

October 17–31, 2026: Stage 2

November 6, 2026: Announcement of Top 5 Finalists

November 8, 2026: Technical Meeting

November 12, 2026: Final Presentation and Awarding

The competition offers a total prize of Rp10,000,000, with awards in the form of development funds, certificates, and trophies for:
