Gan Kapital Group is opening Campus Hiring for its Management Development Program (MDP), a two-year leadership training program for bachelor’s graduates in agriculture and forestry. Participants will receive management training, hands-on business experience, and an MDP certificate.

The MDP is a leadership and management development program designed for top graduates to grow and excel within the GK Group ecosystem. The program offers real-world experience in strategic business units of GK Group, combined with intensive training in leadership and business management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree graduates (maximum age 26) from Agronomy, Plantation Cultivation, Forestry, Agriculture, or Soil Science, with a minimum GPA of 3.00
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Willing to participate in all selection stages: psychological test, interview, and medical test
Willing to commit to the 2-year program duration
Willing to remain unmarried during the program
Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia
