Goodhope is opening an opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their careers through the Field Assistant Trainee – Fresh Graduates Programme. The programme is designed as an initial step for young professionals to develop their competencies, gain hands-on field experience, and build careers in the plantation industry.

Through this programme, participants will gain six months of experience and practical training as Field Assistant Trainees. Participants will be placed at Goodhope plantation sites located in Kalimantan and Nabire, Central Papua.

Qualifications

This opportunity is open to candidates who meet the following requirements:

Minimum D3/Associate Degree or S1/Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plantation Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
Open to fresh graduates.
Willing to be placed in Kalimantan and Nabire, Central Papua.
Willing to participate in the selection process in Medan.
