JAPFA, through its business unit STP (Suri Tani Pemuka), is offering a career opportunity for professional talents and fresh graduates to join as Central Laboratory staff, to be stationed in Bangka.

This position is responsible for managing and carrying out diagnostic laboratory activities to support quality testing and quality control in accordance with applicable laboratory standards and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and conduct diagnostic laboratory operations for quality testing.

• Perform sample testing and analysis in accordance with quality standards and laboratory procedures.

• Implement laboratory surveillance programs.

• Prepare and compile reports on testing results and surveillance activities.

• Carry out periodic calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Aquaculture, Aquatic Resources Management, Fisheries, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of work experience as a laboratory staff member (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

• Strong communication, analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prepare reports and documentation effectively.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
