PT Jhonlin Batu Mandiri (JBM) opens opportunities for experienced professionals to join as Manager Plantation. This position is responsible for developing and implementing sugarcane estate management strategies to achieve productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency targets.

 

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement sugarcane estate management strategies according to company targets.

  • Supervise all activities in cultivation, maintenance, harvesting, transportation, and relations with the mill.

  • Coach and develop workforce performance from foremen to assistants.

  • Control finance, assets, and budget usage to remain efficient and optimal.

  • Build communication with communities, government, and other stakeholders to support business sustainability.

  • Encourage the adoption of new technologies and process innovations.

  • Ensure operations comply with government regulations and environmental sustainability standards.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agrotechnology, or Plantation.

  • 7–10 years of work experience in sugarcane estates, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.

  • Mastery of sugarcane cultivation and harvesting, workforce management, and budget management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and high integrity.

  • Willing to be placed at the Bombana estate location, Southeast Sulawesi.
