Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food is offering an opportunity to join its SAP S/4HANA User Champion Development Program. The program is designed for bachelor's degree graduates who wish to build a career in SAP system implementation within the agribusiness and plantation industry. Applications are open to candidates willing to undergo intensive training and accept placement in Sumatra, Kalimantan, or Papua.

Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food invites outstanding graduates to join the SAP S/4HANA User Champion Development Program, a professional development program designed to equip participants with the skills, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) knowledge, and system expertise required to become a User Champion for the SAP S/4HANA platform.

About the Program

This program aims to prepare new employees to serve as a bridge between end users and the project team during the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA system. User Champions play a critical role in supporting system transformation, reducing user resistance to change, and ensuring operational processes run effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between users and the project team in supporting system change communication and socialization activities.
  • Deliver awareness sessions and training programs while gathering feedback from users.
  • Support the implementation of SOPs and new working methods in accordance with established standards.
  • Collect user feedback and assist with post-implementation improvement processes.

Qualifications

  • Maximum age of 27 years.
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Business, Agronomy, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Willing to participate in a 9-month training program and commit to a 4-year service bond.
  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Willing to be assigned to plantation operations in Sumatra, Kalimantan, or Papua.
  • Previous internship experience in oil palm plantations will be considered an advantage.
