The Management Trainee Basic Development Program (BDP) 2026 is officially open for fresh graduates and candidates with a maximum of two years of work experience, aiming to develop professional human resources through an integrated basic training program with job placement in Central Kalimantan and West Kalimantan.
Career opportunities in the industrial sector are once again available through the Management Trainee Basic Development Program (BDP) 2026. This program is designed for fresh graduates as well as candidates with a maximum of two years of work experience who are eager to develop their professional competencies through an integrated training program.
The selection process will be conducted in several stages, including online registration, assessment and psychological tests, interviews (HR & User), and a medical check-up. Successful candidates will participate in a six-month basic development training program, with an estimated deployment in March 2026.
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) graduates or candidates with a maximum of two years of work experience
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Willing to participate in a six-month basic development training program
- Willing to be assigned to Central Kalimantan or West Kalimantan

- BDP Agronomy (BDP-A)
Fields: Agronomy, Soil Science, Forestry, Agrotechnology, or related disciplines BDP Engineering (BDP-E)
Fields: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering disciplines
- BDP Administration (BDP-K)
