For candidates who have not yet registered for the Astra Virtue event in March 2025, PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. is reopening job vacancies for the positions of PDP Plantation, PDP Mill, PDP Engineering, PDP Administration, and PDP Partnership in Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi. This opportunity is available for graduates from the Faculty of Agriculture, Economics and Business, Law, and Psychology.

The Planter Development Program (PDP) is a development program for new employees through a Management Trainee scheme, providing an opportunity to grow and progress into The True Leader at PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Willing to be placed in Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi.

  2. Interested in working in the palm oil industry.

  3. Possesses effective problem-solving skills.

  4. Adaptable to new environments and able to work well in a team.
