PT Bayer Indonesia, through PT SIM, is currently hiring for the position of District Sales Representative (Agricultural Product Sales - Corn) for the regions of Solok, Simalungun, Aceh Tenggara, Pasaman Barat, and Pasaman Pesisir.

The qualifications required for this position are as follows:

  • Maximum age of 30 years.

  • Minimum education of an associate degree (D3) in agriculture.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Experience in selling agribusiness products, especially seeds or agricultural products, is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of agronomy practices, crop cycles, and corn seed products.

  • Experience in building and managing relationships with farmers, distributors, or other stakeholders in the agricultural sector.

  • Possession of a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and motorbike for field mobility.
