Hai Sawit Indonesia, with the support of the Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDPKS), will once again organize the Palm Oil Career Expo (POCE) 2025, the largest recruitment event in the palm oil industry, on October 15–16, 2025 at Tiara Convention Center, Medan, North Sumatra.
POCE 2025 will feature various activities, including Job Fair, Walk Interview, Talkshow, and Career Coaching, designed to connect leading palm oil companies with job seekers from various levels, both fresh graduates and experienced professionals. Hundreds of job positions will be available with a target of thousands of applicants from across Indonesia.
With the theme “Achieving a Brilliant Career in the Palm Oil Industry”, POCE 2025 aims to be a strategic platform to enhance the competitiveness of human resources in the plantation sector. In addition to job opportunities, participants can join inspiring talkshows with industry speakers and free career coaching sessions to strengthen skills in interviews, CV preparation, and career planning.
