Universitas Sumatera Utara, through the Directorate of Student Admissions and Services (DitPLM), in collaboration with ParagonCorp, is opening the ParagonCorp Scholarship Program (PSP) 2026 for first-semester students in Bachelor’s (S1), Applied Bachelor’s (D4), and Diploma (D3) programs. The program offers the PSP Excellence and PSP Elevate tracks, providing various benefits including personal development support, financial assistance, mentoring, and career opportunities. Registration is open until September 10, 2026.

MEDAN — Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), through the Directorate of Student Admissions and Services (DitPLM), in collaboration with ParagonCorp, is once again opening an opportunity for new students to participate in the ParagonCorp Scholarship Program (PSP) 2026.

The scholarship program is intended for active first-semester students enrolled in Bachelor’s (S1) and Diploma (D4/D3) programs. Registration is open until September 10, 2026.

The PSP 2026 program not only provides financial support but is also designed to help students develop leadership skills, personal capacity, national networks, professional experience, and the ability to create a positive impact on society.

Based on Universitas Sumatera Utara Letter Number 22231/UN5/WR1/R1/KM.01.00/2026 and ParagonCorp Notification and Publication Request Letter Number 0239/SPH/HR/E/VIII/2026, there are two scholarship tracks available according to students’ qualifications: PSP Excellence and PSP Elevate.

1. PSP Excellence

PSP Excellence is intended for first-semester Bachelor’s (S1) students who demonstrate academic achievement, personal development experience, leadership potential, and enthusiasm for innovation and professional growth.

Requirements:

  1. Active first-semester Bachelor’s (S1) student at a higher education institution in Indonesia.
  2. Minimum final report card average of 88 or minimum SNBT score of 640.
  3. Active participation in student organizations, competitions, or personal development activities such as courses, certifications, or volunteer activities.
  4. Not currently receiving another scholarship, except for exchange programs.
  5. Possess an intrapreneurial mindset and a strong drive to innovate.

Benefits:

Recipients of PSP Excellence may receive:

  1. Tuition assistance of up to IDR 7,000,000 per semester.
  2. Personal Growth Grant of up to IDR 20,000,000 per cycle to support activities such as student exchanges, competitions, laptops/learning devices, and courses.
  3. Coaching and mentoring from ParagonCorp mentors, as well as psychological counseling support.
  4. Internship opportunities and career opportunities at ParagonCorp.
  5. Social project funding of up to IDR 3,000,000 per cycle.
  6. The opportunity to participate in a National-Scale Learning Camp for leadership and critical thinking development.

Required Documents:

  1. Scanned/photo copy of ID card (KTP).
  2. Updated CV/resume.
  3. Certificate from the faculty confirming that the applicant is not currently receiving another scholarship.
  4. Other supporting documents as required in the registration form.

2. PSP Elevate

PSP Elevate is intended for first-semester students in Bachelor’s (S1) and Diploma (D4/D3) programs who have ambitious goals, resilience, and a commitment to becoming agents of change and creating a positive impact within their communities.

Requirements:

  1. Active first-semester student in a Bachelor’s (S1), Applied Bachelor’s (D4), or Diploma (D3) program.
  2. Minimum final report card average of 80 or minimum SNBT score of 550.
  3. Total family income of less than IDR 8,000,000 per month, with an estimated income of less than IDR 1,000,000 per family member.
  4. Not currently receiving another scholarship, except KIP-Kuliah.
  5. Demonstrate resilience, ambitious goals, and a commitment to creating social impact.

Benefits:

Recipients of PSP Elevate may receive:

  1. Living Expense Assistance (BBH) of IDR 6,000,000 per semester.
  2. Personal mentoring in the form of life guidance and capacity development.
  3. Social project funding of up to IDR 5,000,000 per cycle.
  4. Career development and preparation provided by experts.
  5. Opportunities to build networks with students from various regions across Indonesia.

Required Documents:

  1. Scanned/photo copy of ID card (KTP).
  2. Family Card (KK).
  3. Photos of the applicant’s home, including the front exterior, living room, and kitchen.
  4. Certificate of Low-Income Status (SKTM)/DTKS document from the neighborhood association (RT), subdistrict (Kelurahan), or village (Desa), if available.
  5. Certificate from the faculty confirming that the applicant is not receiving any other scholarship except KIP-Kuliah.
  6. Other supporting documents as required in the registration form.

Registration Procedure

Eligible students can follow these registration steps:

  1. Download the certificate template confirming that the applicant is not receiving another scholarship through bit.ly/SuratKeteranganPSP2026.
  2. Obtain faculty approval/signature through the Student Affairs Office or the Vice Dean I of the respective faculty.
  3. Register online and complete all required documents through bit.ly/ditplmusubea2612.

Registration closes on September 10, 2026.

Students are encouraged to ensure that all requirements and documents are complete before submitting their applications.
