Universitas Sumatera Utara prohibits processions and student gatherings around the auditorium during the graduation ceremony from August 30 to September 2, 2023. Violators will be subject to applicable regulations.
In connection with the graduation ceremony of Universitas Sumatera Utara, which will be held from August 30 to September 2, 2023, at the Universitas Sumatera Utara Auditorium, we urge the Heads and Secretaries of Study Programs to convey the following matters to students:
Students who are not involved in the event are prohibited from holding processions or any activities that may disrupt the graduation ceremony.
Students who are not involved are not allowed to gather other students around the auditorium or in any other location.
Any violations of the above points will be processed according to applicable regulations.
