Field Assistant Training (FAT)
This program is designed to prepare professional Palm Oil Mill (PKS) Assistant candidates who are ready to become future leaders in the plantation industry.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) / Applied Bachelor’s degree (D4) from the following majors:
  Agriculture
  Plantation
  Forestry
  Agricultural Engineering
  Agribusiness

• Willing to participate in a 6-month training program

• Willing to undertake a 2-year service bond

• Willing to be placed in Sumatra and Kalimantan

• Interview
