Description

The Faculty of Agriculture at Universitas Sumatera Utara is recruiting Practical Assistants for the Odd Semester of the 2023/2024 Academic Year. Eligible students can submit their applications by August 29, 2023.

In relation to the upcoming laboratory/field practicum for the Odd Semester of the 2023/2024 Academic Year, we kindly request your assistance in disseminating the announcement for the recruitment of Practical Assistants for this semester, following the applicable terms and conditions (attached).

 

The general requirements to become a laboratory assistant at the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, are as follows:

  1. An active student of the Faculty of Agriculture.

  2. Proficient in handling and operating equipment and materials used in practicum, as well as understanding the practicum materials.

  3. Good communication skills.

  4. Responsible, committed, and able to work well in a team.

  5. Willing to adhere to the designated practicum schedule.

  6. No record of violating academic regulations.

  7. Must have passed the practicum-related course with a minimum grade of B+.

  8. A minimum latest GPA of 3.30.

  9. A maximum of two practicum courses per student.

Required Documents:

  1. Curriculum Vitae (CV).

  2. Completed registration form with a 3 x 4 cm passport-sized photo (attached format).

  3. A photocopy of the Academic Transcript (KHS) showing the grades for the practicum-related course (minimum B+), along with the latest Academic Transcript (KHS) indicating a minimum GPA of 3.30.

  4. A signed Integrity Pact on a Rp10,000 stamped document (attached format).

  5. All required documents must be submitted as a single hardcopy to the Academic and Student Affairs Office, placed in a folder, no later than August 29, 2023.
