PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk is reopening opportunities for top graduates to join the Planter Development Program (PDP) Batch XXI, a new employee development program through a Management Trainee mechanism. This program is designed to develop The True Leaders who are ready to contribute to the national palm oil industry.
Through this program, participants will receive intensive training and hands-on field experience, with placement opportunities in the company’s operational areas across Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi.
General Qualifications:
Willing to be assigned anywhere within the company’s operational areas.
Interested in pursuing a career in the palm oil industry.
Possess problem-solving ability, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
Fields and Educational Backgrounds:
Plantation PDP: D4/Bachelor’s in Plantation, Agriculture (Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Plant Pests and Diseases, Soil Science), Forestry, Biology.
Engineering PDP: D4/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, Environmental Engineering.
Mill PDP: D4/Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plantation/Agricultural Product Processing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry.
Partnership PDP: D4/Bachelor’s in Economics, Management (Business, Marketing), Agriculture (Agribusiness/Agricultural Socio-Economics, Agricultural Extension).
Administration PDP: D4/Bachelor’s in Economics (Accounting, Economic Science, Finance), Management (Business, HR, Finance), Taxation, Agriculture (Agribusiness/Agricultural Socio-Economics), Psychology, Industrial Engineering.
Community Development PDP: D4/Bachelor’s in Law, Social and Political Sciences.
