In order to support collaboration between universities and the industrial sector—particularly the palm oil plantation industry—First Resources HR Recruitment invites the participation of students and lecturers in two surveys on competency and interest mapping.

This activity aims to obtain data on the understanding, experience, and readiness of the academic community in meeting industry needs, while also strengthening the potential development of academic programs and strategic partnerships in the future.
