In support of the Economic Empowerment Program implementation, Wirausaha Indonesia Berdaya Foundation – Dompet Dhuafa invites passionate young professionals to contribute to community development through the position of:

Program Specialist Planning & Sustainability

 

This position is responsible for supervising comprehensive program planning and designing sustainability strategies to ensure that program implementation is effective, long-term, and aligned with the institution’s vision.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree.

  • Preferably majoring in Economics, Animal Science, Agriculture, Fisheries, or Social Sciences.

  • Active in organizational activities, preferably with experience in empowerment program planning.

  • Strong adaptability and communication skills.

  • Understanding of economic empowerment programs and program management.

  • Ability to prepare well-structured planning documents.

 

Job Description:

  • Conduct social mapping, assessments, and surveys.

  • Prepare program planning documents according to established standards.

  • Review community proposals and prepare follow-up documentation.

  • Compile progress reports within the assigned scope of work.

  • Participate in coordination meetings and other relevant institutional activities.

  • Support administrative and technical aspects of the Directorate and Division as directed by supervisors.
