This Plant Pathology Laboratory is equipped with a variety of sophisticated and comprehensive facilities to support research and plant disease analysis activities. Here are some of the facilities provided in this laboratory: 1. Microscopes - Binocular microscopes and binocular phototube microscopes are available for detailed observation and visual analysis. - Stereo microscopes and video digital microscopes are available for three-dimensional observation and visual documentation. 2. Measuring and Controlling Devices - Digital burettes are available for accurate liquid volume measurement. - Various types of adjustable micropipettes are available for precise measurement needs. - Analytical balances with a capacity of 400gr x 0.001g are available for very accurate weight measurement. 3. General Equipment - Autoclaves are available for equipment sterilization. - Microwaves are available for plant sample processing. - Vortex mixers are available for solution mixing. - Ovens are available for drying and sample processing. 4.
