PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk - Agribusiness and Food is once again opening career opportunities as a participant in the Basic Management Development Programme (BMDP) Agronomy.

This training program is designed to prepare future leaders in the palm oil sector. Participants will be equipped with strong management skills and best practices tailored to the industry's needs. The program will run for 10 months and will be held in the company's plantation areas.

The requirements are as follows:

• Maximum age of 26 years.

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D4) in Agriculture (Agronomy, Soil Science, Agricultural Technology) or Forestry.

• Minimum GPA of 2.85.

• Prior experience in campus organizations, such as BEM or MENWA, is preferred.

• Willing to undergo a 10-month training program and commit to a two-year contract.

• Demonstrates integrity, strong analytical skills, and excellent leadership qualities.

• A strong team player.

• Willing to be assigned to the company's plantation areas (Sumatra, Kalimantan, Papua).
