Prof. Ir. Edison Purba, Ph.D., born in Simalungun on January 5, 1959, is a lecturer in the Agrotechnology Study Program at the Universitas Sumatera Utara. His area of expertise is focused on Weed Science. Edison Purba completed his higher education at the doctoral level in the Crop Protection study program at Adelaide University in 1994. As an academic and researcher, he is dedicated to developing knowledge and understanding in the field of weed science to support sustainable agricultural development.
