Ir. Irsal, M.P., born in Belawan on January 31, 1963, is a lecturer in Agrotechnology at the Universitas Sumatera Utara. He has special expertise in Plant Ecology and Plantation Crops. Irsal earned his bachelor's degree from the Universitas Sumatera Utara and continued his education for a master's degree in Agronomy, also from the Universitas Sumatera Utara, graduating in 2004.

As an enthusiast of plant ecology and plantation science, Ir. Irsal, M.P., is actively involved in research and teaching activities at the Universitas Sumatera Utara.
