Ir. Iskandarini M.M., Ph.D., was born in Medan on May 05, 1964, and is a lecturer in Management And Entrepreneurship at Universitas Sumatera Utara. She completed a Doctoral Program in Entrepreneurial Management at the College of Business of Universiti Utara Malaysia, Kedah 2012. She won the Piagam Tanda Kehormatan Satyalancana Karya Satya XX.
