Jamilah, S.P., M.P., born in Simpang Dolok on April 7, 1969, is an Agrotechnology lecturer with expertise in soil and water conservation at the Universitas Sumatera Utara. She earned her bachelor's degree from the Universitas Sumatera Utara and continued her studies for her master's degree at Universitas Gadjah Mada.
