Prof. Luthfi Aziz Mahmud Siregar, S.P., M.Sc., Ph.D., born in Medan on July 12, 1973, is an Agrotechnology lecturer at the Universitas Sumatera Utara. He is an expert in Plant Breeding, Biotechnology, Plant Tissue, Cell, and Organ Cultures.

Luthfi Aziz Mahmud Siregar's last education involved a doctoral degree in Bioengineering at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2005. As a lecturer, he continues contributing to developing agrotechnology science, particularly in plant breeding and biotechnology. His profile reflects a commitment to education, research, and technology application in developing the agricultural sector at the Universitas Sumatera Utara.
