Ratna Rosanty Lahay, M.P., born in Sidoarjo on October 19, 1963, is a lecturer in Agrotechnology at the Universitas Sumatera Utara. Her focus of expertise is agronomy. She completed her advanced education by earning a Master's degree in Agronomy from USU in 1999. With her experience and knowledge, Ir. Ratna Rosanty Lahay plays an active role in teaching and research in agriculture and makes important contributions to the development of agronomy science.
