Prof. Dr. Ir. Satia Negara Lubis, M.Ec., was born in Medan on February 4, 1963, and is a lecturer in Agribusiness at Universitas Sumatera Utara. He completed a Doctoral Program in Agricultural Economics at IPB in 2002.
