Ir. Sentosa Ginting, M.P., was born in Karo on October 6, 1959. He is a professor of Food Technology at Universitas Sumatera Utara. He earned his Master's in Food Technology from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 1995. His research interests are food biotechnology.
