Siti Basyariah Putri Lubis, S.T.P., M.Si., was born in Medan on June 19, 1999. She is currently pursuing her studies in the Food Technology program at the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU). She completed all of her higher education at the same university, starting with her bachelor’s degree in Food Technology and continuing on to earn her master’s degree in Food Science at USU.

As an academic, Siti has a strong interest and research focus in the fields of natural product extraction and food quality and safety.
