The Master’s Program in Agrotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FP USU), has completed the implementation of the site assessment as part of the study program accreditation process. The activity took place on 20–22 November 2025 at the Main Building of FP USU.
The assessment was carried out by BAN-PT assessors, namely Prof. Dr. Ir. Irfan Suliansyah, M.S., from Universitas Andalas, and Prof. Dr. Ir. Reny Herawati, M.P., from Universitas Bengkulu, and was accompanied by Mr. Ekwan as BAN-PT staff.

The site assessment was also attended by faculty leaders, the Head and Secretary of the Master’s Program in Agrotechnology, the accreditation document preparation team, as well as representatives from BPM USU, the USU Library, PSI USU, lecturers, staff, students, alumni, and users of graduates.
The site assessment activities proceeded in an orderly and smooth manner, covering several question-and-answer sessions related to the implementation of education quality standards in the study program. At the end of the activity, the assessors delivered recommendations as part of the evaluation and quality improvement process, followed by a photo session.
It is hoped that the accreditation results obtained later will provide the best rating and become an important step in improving the quality and reputation of the USU Faculty of Agriculture at the national level.
