Medan – FP USU: The Faculty of Agriculture participated in the 77th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day ceremony, held in the parking area of the Bureau of Administration Building at Universitas Sumatera Utara (Wednesday, August 17, 2022). The Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara, Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos., M.Si., acted as the flag ceremony leader, attended by the entire academic community.
The Faculty of Agriculture also brought good news by winning 3 awards, including:
- The Faculty of Agriculture as the Second Winner in the Best Faculty Category for Collaboration Data Management in 2022.
- Indonesian Journal of Agricultural Research (InJAR) as the First Winner in the Best TALENTA USU Journal Organizer Category in 2022, with SINTA 4 accreditation and internationally indexed in DOAJ and CABI.
- International Conference of Agriculture, Environment, and Food Security (ICAEFS) as the First Winner in the Best International Conference Organizer Category in 2022 and indexed in Scopus.
