The visit of the Faculty of Agriculture of Universitas Simalungun was carried out to establish an agreement on a partnership plan between the Faculty of Agriculture of Universitas Simalungun and the Faculty of Agriculture of USU, especially in the Agribusiness study program. The main program of this partnership plan is the PMM plan for Agribusiness Study Program students from Universitas Simalungun to the USU Faculty of Agriculture.
In her welcoming remarks, Prof. Dr. Ir. Tavi Supriana, M.S, Dean of the USU Faculty of Agriculture, stated, "The USU Faculty of Agriculture warmly welcomes this partnership plan, and it is hoped that this collaboration can also be established in other fields." Also present were the Vice Dean III of the USU Faculty of Agriculture, the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture of Universitas Simalungun, the Head and Lecturers of the Agribusiness Study Program of the USU Faculty of Agriculture, the Head and Secretary of the Agribusiness Study Program of Universitas Simalungun, the Head of the Partnership Subdivision, and expert staff.
Hopefully, the preparation of a memorandum of understanding between the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Simalungun, and the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, can be completed soon, and the partnership plan can be quickly implemented.
