The FKPTPI national workshop not only included meeting and discussion agendas on topics such as the Deans Forum, Agrotechnology, Agribusiness, Soil Science, Plant Protection, and the Indonesian Agricultural Journal Association, but also featured a field trip activity. The Deans and Vice Deans attending the workshop were invited to enjoy the natural beauty and cultural heritage of North Sumatra by visiting several tourist destinations. These destinations included Socfindo Conservation, Kaldera Toba, Batu Gantung at Lake Toba, Situmurun Waterfall, and Huta Siallagan.
The field trip was attended by approximately 180 participants, who were very enthusiastic about the activity. It is hoped that this field trip provided new experiences and memorable moments for the participants in appreciating the beauty of North Sumatra.
