One of the focuses of the cooperation is the implementation of educational activities for students, including student exchange programs and various other collaborative initiatives. These programs are related to the implementation of the World Friends Korea (WFK) Youth Volunteer Program in Indonesia, which serves as an opportunity for students to gain academic, social, and cross-cultural experiences through participation in activities with international partners.
Through these programs, students are expected to broaden their perspectives and gain experience in an international environment while improving their communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills in a culturally diverse setting. Student involvement in educational and volunteer activities also plays an important role in developing young people who are socially aware and capable of contributing to various development challenges.
In addition to supporting educational activities, this cooperation also provides opportunities for the development of collaborative community service programs. The synergy between FP USU and Kijami Table Co., LTD. is expected to produce programs that are relevant to community needs while encouraging the application of academic knowledge and experience to provide broader benefits.
This international cooperation is part of FP USU’s efforts to expand its global partnership network and improve the quality of the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education. Through collaboration with international partners, FP USU continues to promote an educational environment that is open to the exchange of knowledge and experience while strengthening the contribution of higher education institutions to sustainable community development.
The collaboration between FP USU and Kijami Table Co., LTD. aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) through expanding learning opportunities, student exchanges, and cross-border educational experiences. The cooperation also supports SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by strengthening international partnerships in education and community service.
