On 19 May 2025, the Faculty of Agriculture at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) welcomed a visit from the USU Priority Program Evaluation Board. The meeting was held in the Faculty of Agriculture’s Meeting Room and attended by the Head of the Evaluation Board along with staff, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture Prof. Dr. Ir. Tavi Supriana, MS, Vice Deans I, II, and III along with expert staff, and the Heads and Secretaries of Study Programs within the faculty.
The meeting, chaired by the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, aimed to monitor and evaluate the performance of each work unit in collaboration with the USU Priority Program Evaluation Board. This initiative was carried out to assess the achievement of program targets for each unit with the ultimate goal of enhancing operational effectiveness and efficiency across the faculty.
It is hoped that this monitoring and evaluation activity will serve as motivation for all work units within the Faculty of Agriculture USU to continuously improve their performance, leading to even greater operational outcomes in the future.
