PT. FAP Agri held a recruitment event at the USU Faculty of Agriculture from July 21–23, 2025, attended by approximately 250 alumni from various universities. The selection process included aptitude tests, psychological assessments, group discussions, and interviews for positions such as Plantation, Workshop, Mill, and Administration Assistants. The event aims to accelerate alumni employment in the workforce.

The Faculty of Agriculture at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) once again hosted a recruitment event, this time conducted by PT. FAP Agri on July 21–23, 2025. The event was attended by approximately 250 alumni from various faculties and universities across North Sumatra.

 

The recruitment process included several stages, starting with an aptitude test and psychological assessment, followed by group discussions and interviews. PT. FAP Agri opened job opportunities for the following positions: Plantation Assistant, Workshop Assistant, Mill Assistant, and Administration Assistant.

 

This recruitment initiative is expected to help accelerate alumni employment in the industrial sector, reducing the waiting period before entering the workforce. The Faculty of Agriculture at USU continues to support similar collaborations to broaden job access for graduates and serve as a bridge between industry demands and the supply of qualified human resources.
