The Faculty of Agriculture at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) is committed to supporting USU’s internationalization program to achieve the status of a World Class University. As part of this effort, the Faculty of Agriculture has started preparing for international accreditation for several study programs. The programs targeted for international accreditation in 2024 include the Undergraduate Program in Agrotechnology, Agribusiness, Animal Husbandry, and Food Technology.
From December 8–10, 2023, the Undergraduate Program in Agrotechnology, Animal Husbandry, and Food Technology conducted a retreat at Pancur Gading Hotel to draft documentation for ASIIN international accreditation. The retreat was attended by the Faculty of Agriculture’s administrative leaders and the entire team responsible for drafting the accreditation documents for each study program.
