PT. BGA and the Faculty of Agriculture at Universitas Sumatera Utara have implemented a collaboration in alumni recruitment. On February 19-20, 2025, PT. BGA held an open recruitment for the Management Trainee Basic Development Program at the Faculty of Agriculture. This was the only recruitment event organized by PT. BGA in Sumatra.
Several selection tests, conducted both online and offline, were prepared by PT. BGA to assess approximately 120 alumni from various faculties and universities. Currently, PT. BGA is seeking potential candidates for positions in agronomy, engineering, and administration.
It is hoped that the collaboration between the Faculty of Agriculture at Universitas Sumatera Utara and PT. BGA will help increase alumni employment rates with minimal waiting time.
