The "Improving EQ and Motivation at Work" seminar was successfully held at Simalem Resort, attended by USU Faculty of Agriculture staff and led by a professional trainer.

The seminar titled "Improving EQ and Motivation at Work" was successfully conducted on Saturday and Sunday, December 2–3, 2023, at Simalem Resort. The event featured an esteemed speaker, Mr. Yoffi Adinata, S.Pd., M.Si., a professional trainer specializing in motivation, outbound activities, and English language skills.


The seminar was attended by the Head of Administrative Affairs (KTU), Heads of Subsections (Kasubbag), and all administrative staff of the Faculty of Agriculture at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU).


The objective of this seminar was to improve the emotional intelligence (EQ) of all participants and to motivate them in their professional roles. With these enhancements, the administrative staff of the Faculty of Agriculture USU are expected to achieve greater accomplishments in their work, thereby contributing to the faculty's development.


It is hoped that this seminar will significantly boost the performance of the administrative staff and further enhance the quality and reputation of the Faculty of Agriculture USU.
